Guarantee  The Water Wych has been tried and tested in a variety of environments throughout the United Kingdom,  Europe, Ireland, the United States of America, Canada and Australia. We guarantee that when the Water Wych is used correctly it will successfully inhibit the growth of algae in your pond or water feature for the entire duration of its useful life and thus create crystal clear water. Less than 0.5% of customers have reported poor or negative results using the Water Wych. Of these, most were due entirely to consistently high pH levels in the water. Reducing the level to pH8.0 or less has resulted in the Water Wych becoming totally effective. Other causes of poor results were due to: the pond or water feature being heavily shaded throughout most of the day. While the Water Wych itself does not require direct sunlight to work and can be safely placed in a dark or shaded part of the pond or water feature, sunlight on the water is important to the effectiveness of the Water Wych in controlling the growth of algae. the Water Wych being placed in a water body with a constant throughput of new water, e.g. one fed by a stream or constant water changes from the tap. the wrong size Water Wych being used for size of water body. non-removal of the packaging in which it was purchased! an excess of birds particularly pigeons using the pond as a bird bath.  The waste products from these birds increases the amount of nitrogen in the water to an amount the Water Wych finds hard to deal with.

Returns Policy   Our return policy is simple. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened product in its original packaging  and we will gladly refund your purchase order price upon receipt of the returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping and handling charges only if the item(s) is/are being returned as a result of our error. Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of dispatching your order, Items that are not refundable are: damaged products (other than those damaged in transit and covered by insurance) products that have been used (regardless of time period) custom sized products. How to return Before returning any product, please contact us via email, fax or letter and notify us that you will be doing so together with the reason for your return. We will provide you a reference number that must be written clearly on the return packaging and without which no refund of any kind can be made. Be sure to include any packing slips that were supplied with the original order and wrap your package securely. Include your name, address, phone number, and copy of the payment receipt. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recognized freight service or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Refunds after 14 days For products that are returned after 14 days of dispatch to you we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee. Accepting the return is at our sole discretion.
